Yes. For App Store or Google Play subscriptions, change plans from your device’s subscription settings (iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions); the new plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be double-charged during the transition.
